Objectives

The overall objective of the "Promoting Youth Employment through Support to TVET" project in Liberia is to lift beneficiaries from poverty by increasing their chances to gain productive employment, according to the project website. This is achieved by strengthening the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) (TVET) system in Liberia, making it more responsive to the needs of the Liberian economy and improving the employability of young people. The project focuses on enhancing the capacity of the TVET sector to deliver high-quality, demand-driven training, particularly for vulnerable youth.
