Objectives

The Overall Objective of this action is to improve sustainable management of the natural and financial resources in Liberia, while fighting climate change,

Deliverables

i) Improve financial governance by supporting reforms in order to increase revenues, improve the quality of spending and reinforce democratic oversight; ii) Improve sustainable forest management and conservation by supporting the governance for forest management and timber trade, sustainable land management, better oversight mechanisms and domestic revenue generation from forest. And, iii) Reinforce the institutional and legal framework for value chain development/strengthening, using market-based, agro-ecological, and nutrition-sensitive approaches.
