Objectives

Support to Liberia's National Development Plan is provided by international organizations and national government bodies, with the World Bank's Country Partnership Framework (CPF) for 2025-2030 focusing on education, energy, governance, and private investment under the Liberia Rising 2030 vision. International support also involves consultation processes for the new plan, like Sweden's funding for the ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development (AAID), which commenced in 2025. The overarching goal is to implement the five-year AAID, aiming to increase GDP, boost per capita GDP, improve human capital, and raise life expectancy by focusing on inclusive and sustainable development.
