Objectives

Support the Recipient's efforts to reduce transport costs along the road corridor from Monrovia to the Guinea border and to maintain the road in good condition over a 10-year period. The original scope is to rehabilitate a 246 km primary road section in Liberia connecting the capital, Monrovia to Guinea border. o OPRC LOT1:Red Light – Gbarnga Road (176.70km) o OPRC LOT2: Gbarnga – Guinea Border Road(70.14km) Lot1 and Lot 2 comprised of three distinct phases of intervention which include the following : o Rehabilitation (3years); o Routine Maintenance (5years); and o Periodic Maintenance (2years).
