Analysis

This section describes how to use the Dashboard to undertake analysis of NGO activities.

Reviewers and administrators can view analysis about organisations, applications and projects registered in the system. You can access the analysis page here, or via the NGO Reviewer or NGO Administrator pages.

You will see three tabs:

• List of accredited organisations
• Delays to applications
• Spending data

List of accredited organisations

On this tab, you can see the list of accredited organisations, and optionally filter by the type of organisation, county, sector, pillar, and aligned ministry of agency. Note that aside from type of organisation, the other filters will all be applied based on the activities associated with this organisation.

Organisations whose accreditation has expired are marked in red.

You can also download the full list of accredited organisations from the Download File button.

Delays to applications

On this tab, you can see the full list of applications, and the number of days taken at each step. Steps marked in green indicate that the application has passed this step; steps marked in blue indicate that the application is still at this step.

Spending data

On this tab, you can see spending data based on the projects registered by NGOs in the system. You can apply filters to see projects in specific sectors, counties, or date ranges (for example), and see total cost, expenditure, planned spending by fiscal year. You can also see the number of projects and organisations at the top of this page by toggling the relevant items on the legend of the bar chart.

At the bottom of the page, you can see the full list of NGO activities. You can view more details about a specific activity by clicking on the title of the activity.
